Privacy notice

What we collect when you ask for a photo estimate, what happens to it, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

When you request a photo estimate, we collect:

Why we ask you to verify your contact

We send a short code to your email or phone before accepting a request. This confirms a real person is asking and gives us a route that works when your estimate is ready. The code is stored only as a one-way hash and cannot be read back by us.

AI processing — what actually happens

Your photographs are analysed by an artificial intelligence service to help assess the damage. Specifically:

Where your photographs are stored

In private storage on Microsoft Azure, in the United States. They are not publicly accessible, are not listed anywhere, and cannot be reached by guessing a web address. Location data is stripped from your photographs when you upload them.

Staff view them by signing in. Every view is recorded against the person who made it.

How long we keep it

Photographs from inquiries that do not become repair jobs are deleted after 90 days. If your inquiry becomes a job, we keep the records as part of our normal business records.

You can ask us to delete your inquiry and photographs sooner. Call (435) 865-5779 with your reference number.

What we will not do

Your estimate link

The link we send you is private to you and expires. Anyone who has the link can see that estimate, so treat it as you would any personal link, and do not post it publicly.

Asking us about your information

Call (435) 865-5779 or come into the shop at 472 N 2150 W Unit #3, Cedar City, Utah 84721. See contact details.

Draft for review. This notice describes how the photo estimate system actually works; the business should have it reviewed before launch.
