Motorcycle bodywork is smaller, more visible, and less forgiving than car work. Tanks and fairings are looked at closely, so the finish has to hold up close.
Photos are good for scoping visible damage — which panels are involved, roughly how bad it is, and what the repair is likely to include. They are not a substitute for putting the vehicle on a lift.
What a photo cannot show is what is behind the panel. That is the single biggest reason a preliminary range moves once we see a car in person, and it is why we quote a range rather than a figure.
A photo review also cannot tell you whether your vehicle is safe to drive. If you are not sure, do not drive it — call us and we will talk it through.
Send 3–6 photos and we will come back with a cost range and an explanation of what we saw.
